Why a claim gets refused

A refusal is always one of a handful of things, and the page tells you which. This is the full list.

Cooldown

You claimed recently. The remaining time is shown, counted from your last claim in your history rather than a timer that could drift.

Out of energy

Each claim costs 10 energy and you have a maximum of 100. It refills 1 energy every 15 minutes whether you are on the site or not.

Daily cap reached

100 claims per day per account. It resets at midnight UTC. The page shows how many you have used.

Too many accounts on one device

Several accounts from the same device in a short window look like one person. The network will refuse further claims until it clears, and repeat attempts get accounts closed.

Something on the site failed

A refusal is not the same as an error. If a claim shows an error rather than a reason, it did not count against you — try again in a moment, and nothing was taken from your balance.

Nothing happened at all

Check that you are still signed in. A session that ends sends you back to sign in, and the claim button then has nothing to claim against.
